Abdul Kader Thomas is the President and CEO of SHAPE Financial Corporation, and director of the American Journal of Islamic Finance, which was founded to serve as a resource to Muslims and non-Muslims seeking to understand how the Sharia'a governs financial matters.  Abdul Kader Thomas has more than twenty years of experience in banking and securities.  He was previously CEO of the United Bank of Kuwait's Islamic Investment Banking Unit, and General Manager of the Bank's New York branch.
