The Earth Institute presents the third in the 2012-2013 Sustainable Development Seminar Series on Technology Policy and Global Warming, with Richard Nelson, Bhaven Sampat,  Elliott Sclar, and Nickolas J. Themelis. 

In recent years, the threat of global climate change has come to be seen as one of the most serious confronting the world's societies.  New technologies need to be developed, as well as improvement of existing ones.
