Tobias Siegfried, associate research scientist at the Columbia Water Center and adjunct assistant professor at the School of International and Public Affairs, gave a seminar titled "The Future of Agriculture in India: Ample Reason for Concern, Ample Reason for Hope" on February 20, 2009. This seminar was co-sponsored by the Department of Earth and Environmental Engineering.
